Our names are Fred and Ro and we do line and couples dancing in the Baltimore, Pasadena, Glen Burnie area of Maryland. We hope you will join us at one or more of our venues. If you are new to country dancing you may find it a little difficult the first several times, however, with some work on your part you will be able to have a great time on the dance floor. Perhaps the hardest part is coming to a class/dance the first time. If you are an experienced dancer we can guarantee you will have a fun time. We have a line and couples dance with instruction on Tuesdays and a dance with instruction on Friday evenings.
We also have periodic dances on Saturdays in the Baltimore area at various locations. Details on these events, including directions, can be found in this website. All of the places we teach and dance are smoke-free. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email at

On Saturday/Sunday, June 12/13, 2010 we will be participating in a Relay for Life. Relay for Life is a fun, family oriented event to raise money for The American Cancer Society (ACS). People who attend usually walk around a track, however, we will bring a dance floor and dance instead. We will be located on the other end of the football field from the main activities so that we can have our own music and speaker system. The activities for the day will be a Cancer Survivor's Reception at 2pm in the school cafeteria (please complete and mail in the form below). At 4pm will be Opening Ceremony where individuals and people who have formed teams will be recognized. About 4:30 survivors will be invited to walk one lap around the track followed by the teams. Shortly after that we will begin dancing and continue to do so until about 9pm. At that point there will be a Luminary Ceremony to honor survivors and remember those who lost the battle. Those who make a donation of $10 to (ACS) on a Luminary form (below) are invited to separately send via email a photo of that person. During the ceremony the photo will be included in a slide show. The address is

. It is necessary for photos to be sent prior to 5/12/10. Be sure the persons name and either "In Memory" or "In Honor" is included with the email. This will not replace the Luminary Bags which will line the track. It is possible to purchase Luminary Bags prior to the Relay so they can be personalized. Following the Luminary ceremony we will return to dancing until about 1am. The Relay will continue until 6:30am with a closing ceremony.
The Relay is held at the football field at Lindale Middle School, 415 Andover Rd., Linthicum, MD. Each person is responsible for their own refreshment and food, however, food and drinks are available from a number of Relay teams. No alcohol/smoking. Bring a lawn chair, wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a hat, jacket, and sunscreen. Canopies/tents are welcome and encouraged.
